Terms & Conditions

Clear terms for using this website, making an enquiry and discussing a project.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. About this website

These terms apply to your use of shahzadkhan.ae, operated by Shahzad Khan, a web development and digital solutions service based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They explain how website information and enquiries should be used.

If you have a question about these terms, contact connectwidshahzad@gmail.com. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before sending an enquiry. If you disagree with these website terms, please do not use the website.

2. Website information and enquiries

Service descriptions, articles and examples provide general information. They are not a personalised proposal, a guaranteed result or an offer to deliver a particular project on fixed terms.

Sending a form, requesting a quote or booking an initial discussion does not by itself create a paid project agreement or require you to purchase a service. Availability, suitability, scope and commercial terms must be confirmed separately.

3. Separate project agreements

Before paid work begins, the relevant scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, responsibilities and other project terms should be agreed in a written proposal or agreement. That document governs the project where it specifically addresses the same subject as these general website terms, subject to applicable law.

Website copy does not replace an agreed project document. Additional services, revisions, ongoing maintenance, content creation, integrations or marketing activities are included only when stated in the agreed scope. Material changes should be confirmed in writing.

4. Your information and responsibilities

Please provide accurate and relevant contact details and project requirements. You are responsible for having the authority to share material and to request work on a website, account, brand or business.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents through general enquiry forms. Access needed for an agreed project should be arranged separately. Timely content, approvals and appropriate access may be necessary to progress a project.

5. Fees, subscriptions and third-party costs

A quotation or project agreement should specify fees, payment milestones and any applicable taxes or external costs. Do not assume that a website description includes hosting, domains, premium plugins, themes, apps, software subscriptions, advertising spend or other third-party charges.

Purchases, subscriptions or charges on your behalf require the authorisation agreed for the project. Cancellation, refund, handover and suspension arrangements must be set out in the applicable written agreement and remain subject to mandatory legal rights.

6. Timelines and results

Any timeline discussed before a project is agreed is an estimate. Delivery can depend on scope, feedback, content, account access, third-party systems and other factors. Project milestones and changes to them should be confirmed through the agreed communication process.

No general website statement guarantees a particular search ranking, advertising outcome, conversion rate, revenue figure or other business result. Results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, content, platform and ongoing activity.

7. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, design and other materials belong to their respective rights holders or are used under applicable permissions or licences. Viewing the website does not grant ownership of those materials. You may link to this website and use it for legitimate enquiries; do not copy or redistribute protected material without the necessary permission.

You retain rights you already hold in material you provide. Ownership, licences, source files and handover rights for project deliverables are determined by the separate written project agreement and any relevant third-party licences.

8. Portfolio examples and third-party brands

Where a project, image, rating or testimonial is labelled as a concept, sample or design preview, it illustrates a possible presentation and should not be treated as a verified client engagement or guaranteed outcome.

Names and logos such as Shopify, WordPress, Elementor and other platforms belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies technologies or services; it does not by itself imply endorsement, partnership, certification or affiliation.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or malicious material; impersonate another person; send spam; infringe someone’s rights; attempt unauthorised access; or disrupt the website or its users.

Reasonable security and spam-prevention measures may block or limit suspicious activity. If a legitimate enquiry cannot be submitted, please use the published contact email.

10. External services and links

This website links to social networks, messaging services and other external destinations. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, content, account requirements or future changes.

Third-party platforms, apps and integrations used in a project may have separate fees, limitations and licence conditions. Responsibility for selecting, purchasing and maintaining them should be confirmed in the project scope.

11. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but the website may contain errors, change or be temporarily unavailable. General information should be checked against a current, personalised project proposal before you rely on it for a business decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance solely on general website information or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project-specific warranties, remedies and liability provisions must be addressed in the relevant written agreement.

12. Privacy and confidentiality

The Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries and personal information are handled. Contact us before sending confidential material that needs a specific confidentiality arrangement.

Any project-specific confidentiality requirements should be agreed in writing. Do not send material you are not authorised to disclose.

13. Changes, applicable law and contact

We may update these website terms; the updated date on this page identifies the current version. Changes to website terms do not automatically amend an existing signed project agreement. If a project agreement needs to change, that should be agreed through the applicable process.

These website terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. Project-specific dispute-resolution arrangements may be set out separately. Please contact us first so that a concern can be understood and, where possible, resolved.
