Project overview
Mehras Home is a Dubai real estate website built around a Houzez-based WordPress implementation. Documented work extends the standard theme with a custom Projects content system, developer directory and developer-specific project views, Elementor-compatible functionality, project search and filtering, enquiry features, mortgage-calculator and contact work. The live review verified the developer directory and project discovery interface. SEO work is confirmed; no traffic, lead or sales improvements are claimed.
Design challenge
A standard real estate theme does not, by itself, provide the richer project-to-developer relationships needed for this website. The documented brief called for project information, developer-specific views and enquiry features that work together rather than treating every development as an isolated property listing.
Implementation
The documented implementation extends Houzez with a custom Projects content system and developer directory. Developer-specific project views, search and filtering, Elementor-compatible custom functionality, enquiry features, mortgage-calculator and contact work support the browsing journey. The live review confirms developer pages and project discovery. SEO work is also confirmed, without attributing unverified ranking gains.
